Okay more like rough translation. I searched up some of the kanji so its probably wrong, but hey, I tried right? xD;

~ Tips for Haunting the Dangerous Jerk ~

Shes a ghost that had technical difficulties with her passing. Literally.
Instead of going to the soul society she was send to hueco Mundo (Did I spell that right?...whatever). Shes only managed to survive because of the fact that her soul was split into 3rds in where her consciousness went to hueco Mundo and the rest to the soul society. So she can't be seen by hollows or soul reapers anymore, not even Ichigo or Aizen. But strangely enough Grimmjow can. But seeing as shes pretty much your typical ghost (Being only her consciousness,) attacks won't work on her (as Grimmjow unfortunately had to find out.) So now, stuck in a desert with a jerk and completely bored, whats a human girl to do?
Annoy the shit out of Grimmjow of course!!
